("Presenton," "we," "us," or "our") provides our services (described below) and related content to you through our website(s) located at https://presenton.ai (the "Site") and through our related technologies (such services and the Site, including any updated or new features, functionality and technology, the "Service").
All access and use of the Service is subject to these Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, these "Terms of Service").
By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into these Terms of Service on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted here with the last revised date updated. Material changes will be communicated via the Service, email, or other means. Your continued use after changes means acceptance.

If acting on behalf of an entity, you are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end users.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
We may set usage and storage limits, and terminate inactive accounts.
You are responsible for all content you upload. You agree not to:
Competitors may not access or use the Service without written permission.
If the Service requires payment:
Payments are handled by Stripe and other processors, subject to their terms (Stripe Legal, Stripe Privacy). Presenton is not liable for payment issues.
All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel via your account or by emailing suraj@presenton.ai.
The Service software belongs to Presenton and licensors. You may not reverse engineer, sublicense, or copy it except as allowed.
You are responsible for compliance with U.S. export laws and your local laws.
If obtained through GitHub or other channels, you may be subject to additional terms.
The core Presenton software (GitHub repo) is licensed under Apache 2.0. Other open-source components are subject to their respective licenses. Requests for source code modifications can be made via suraj@presenton.ai.
Protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secrets. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
"Presenton" name and logos are trademarks. You may not use them without permission.
We are not responsible for third-party content. We may remove content violating these Terms.
You retain rights to your content but grant Presenton a limited license to use it for providing and improving the Service.
You authorize us to collect anonymized usage data.
Submissions (feedback, ideas, reviews) are non-confidential and may be used freely.
We may preserve and disclose User Content if required by law or necessary to protect rights, enforce terms, or ensure safety.
The Service integrates with third parties (e.g., Google, GitHub, Discord). Use of these services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
Presenton is not responsible for third-party accuracy, reliability, or practices.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Presenton, affiliates, officers, employees, and partners against claims arising from your use, User Content, or violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
Presenton is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.

Some jurisdictions may not allow these exclusions, in which case they may not apply to you.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Rules, unless you qualify for small claims court.
You waive the right to trial by jury and class actions.
You may only bring claims individually. The arbitrator cannot consolidate cases.
First contact suraj@presenton.ai to attempt resolution. If unresolved within 60 days, arbitration may begin.
Arbitration fees are split unless hardship is shown, in which case Presenton may cover more.
Arbitration proceedings are confidential.
If a part of the Arbitration Agreement is invalid, the rest still applies, unless the class action waiver is invalid—in which case arbitration does not apply.
If Presenton updates arbitration terms, you may reject them within 30 days by written notice.
